**Simmer Orzo**:
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10–12 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
**Combine Ingredients**:
Stir in cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, spinach, and cooked chicken. Cook 2 minutes until spinach wilts. Remove from heat.
