1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, then drain and chop into small pieces.

3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Separate the biscuit dough and place each biscuit on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your palm.

5. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood mixture onto each biscuit, spreading it evenly.
